Teengirl Fantasy Motif
The recent R&S Records signees,Teengirl Fantasy has finally broken the silence and introduced the world to what they have been conjuring up since their 2009 release. Right around the 2:00 mark “Motif” open up through loud billowy drums beats, starts doing headspins around itself, and leads you on a minute long thrashing discourse that’s finally smoothed out with the help of jazzy piano keys, bubbly effects, and inspiration from Star Trek Deep Space Nine. I imagine this is what an intergalactic meteor storm would feel like. If I could make this track into a sexual experience I would. This is amazing.
Watch the video for “Motif” below, that involves erratic bits of time lapsed live show footage painted neon and made to feel like you are on ecstasy, and not necessarily the good kind.
